As a Retail Manager, you will lead store operations and drive sales growth while playing a pivotal role in executing merchandising strategies and fostering a positive work environment. Primary Duties

- Supervise, lead, and mentor a high-performing retail team through effective recruitment, training, and ongoing development
- Oversee daily store operations, including POS transactions, scheduling, inventory, and workflow efficiency
- Execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and enhance visual appeal
- Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively resolving customer issues, addressing inquiries, and maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Support company marketing initiatives designed to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management, with proven supervisory experience in team leadership, training, and development
- Availability to work weekdays with occasional Saturdays as required for store coverage
- Robust background in merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, inventory control, and retail marketing strategies
- Excellent customer service skills, paired with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems, Prosoft (or similar retail software), and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), along with basic math skills for cash handling and pricing calculations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for farming and/or agriculture
