Role Description The Retail Sales Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB. This role focuses on engaging shoppers, representing client brands, and driving product sales in retail and in-store environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating product features and benefits, and providing informed recommendations to encourage purchases.

The Retail Sales

Ambassador will maintain product displays, ensure promotional materials are accurate and attractive,



and support merchandising standards. The role also involves answering customer questions, collecting feedback, and reporting on sales performance and customer interactions to help optimize future activations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and communicate key features and benefits.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess high-quality Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive, inclusive shopper experiences.
- Prior experience in retail, field sales, or brand activation is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move between displays, and work in a fast-paced store environment.
- Strong punctuality, reliability, and comfort working weekends, evenings, and peak retail hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field is an asset.
