Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Roofing Company Manager to lead our roofing operations with passion and precision. Duties

- Lead and manage all aspects of roofing project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately assess project scope and requirements.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and Construction Management tools to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout each project phase.
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates using construction estimating techniques; manage project budgets effectively.




- Monitor project progress through site visits, schedule updates, and resource allocation; adjust plans proactively to address challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and project logs.

Skills

- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings essential for accurate project execution.
- Experience with construction estimating processes to develop precise cost projections.
- Familiarity with advanced construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
- Proven ability in project management within the construction or roofing industry; excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deep understanding of construction safety standards and site inspection procedures.
- Ability to read and utilize schematics for complex roofing systems; knowledge of civil engineering principles is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.
