AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver qualified nursing care to residents within a long-term care setting. You will work with the care team and provide direction to Personal Support Workers on the unit.
You will liaise with physicians, report any resident status changes promptly, and participate in shift reports to ensure continuity of care. Knowledge of Ontario nursing standards is required.
