Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for aCorporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist - High volume. This position involves managing full cycle recruitment processes, supporting retail hiring initiatives, and collaborating with a dynamic team to attract top talent. Pay rate range (CAD): $46.46/hr- $55.75/hr

Responsibilities

Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, providing expertise on external markets and talent acquisition strategies

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including intake meetings, requisition openings, interview coordination, background checks, and offer management

Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline

Conduct high-volume hiring activities, including screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to understand current and future hiring needs

Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing strategies

Represent the organization at recruitment events and through branding activities to attract top candidates

Ensure a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience consistent with company standards

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition





Lead special recruitment initiatives and support process improvements as needed

Desired Skill-Set

Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills

Proven reporting experience and proficiency with Excel

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools

Familiarity with HR policies related to recruitment and staffing

Nice to Have

Experience working within a banking or financial services environment

Agency or corporate recruitment experience

Exposure to enterprise-level talent acquisition strategies

Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of hiring practices

Ability to leverage social media and digital platforms for sourcing
