In this crucial role, reporting to the Senior Manager of HSE, you will be responsible for mentoring site staff in safety protocols while conducting hazard assessments and incident investigations. Your efforts will be integral to the promotion and establishment of a safety-centric culture within operations. Regular participation in safety meetings and collaboration with diverse teams will enhance overall site safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and report on hazardous conditions
• Facilitate audits and improve safety protocols




• Support training initiatives for staff in HSE
• Maintain accurate HSE records for all personnel
• Prepare safety topics for meetings and inspections

Requirements:
• NCSO certification mandatory; CRSP is a plus
• 5 years’ experience in mining and construction fields
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license
• Mandatory tickets: CSO, Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, WHMIS
