Agnico Eagle is hiring a Lead Reliability Supervisor to champion maintenance reliability using innovative methods. In this Fly-In Fly-Out role, enhance equipment performance and team engagement

This crucial role involves supervising the Reliability Team under the Maintenance Department and is pivotal for meeting operational objectives. You will implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies and coach your team to improve service standards. By analyzing KPIs and suggesting strategic actions, you will drive performance improvements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Reliability Team in executing maintenance strategies
• Improve reliability through RCM methods like FMEA, RCFA
• Monitor and analyze KPIs for operational improvement




• Ensure compliance with Agnico Eagle’s Health & Safety Code
• Manage team onboarding, evaluations, and performance issues

Requirements:
• At least 7 years' experience in maintenance roles
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Qualified (CMRP) essential
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Lean Six Sigma training is advantageous
• Strong background in Continuous Improvement techniques
