This full time role will have you working closely with a diverse clientele, particularly youth, disabled individuals, and new immigrants. You'll be responsible for preparing personalized employment plans, conducting interview training, and facilitating ongoing support to ensure clients achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in personalized counseling sessions with case-managed clients
• Utilize assessments to create and manage Employment Action Plans
• Conduct mock interviews tailored to client needs
• Advocate for clients and assist them in job placement




• Monitor post-employment success and provide resources for growth

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma; additional certifications preferred
• Background in working with socio-economically diverse clients
• Familiarity with counseling techniques and motivational interviewing
• Robust understanding of local employment services and programs
• Proficiency in MS Office and career software tools
