As an Agronomist / Sales Representative, you play a vital role in delivering tailored crop input solutions, sharing expert agronomic knowledge, and driving long-term success for our producers.

Primary Duties
Provide agronomic advice to customers regarding crop protection and management
Conduct regular field visits to assess crop conditions, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations
Identify grower needs and introduce Sharpe's products and services to new prospective clients
Develop tailored solutions to help farmers maximize yield and sustainability
Educate customers on proper product usage and application techniques
Assist with product ordering, inventory coordination, and field delivery logistics as required




Stay up to date on modern agricultural trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Collaborate closely with the sales team to promote agronomic services

Schedule
Monday to Friday with evenings and weekends required during peak seasons

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field
Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation is considered an asset
Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract
Strong understanding of local crop production practices, soil health, and pest management
Proven track record of strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively with a team
Valid driver’s licence with a willingness to travel for field assessments as needed
Flexibility to support growers during peak seasons
