As Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of Housekeeping and related support services. Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and conducting quality audits are vital components of this role. Your ability to mentor and guide a diverse team will promote best practices and service excellence across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce Infection Control standards in housekeeping
• Develop Quality Management Programs for service evaluation
• Address performance management issues with Human Resources




• Attend pertinent committee meetings
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in hospital support services
• Required post-secondary education
• Certification in Environmental Services or equivalent
• Knowledge of OH&S; standards and relevant legislation
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
