Rate: $80/hr INC / $68/hr T4
Must-Have Skills

4+ years of Salesforce Development experience

Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Experience working in Agile environments

Experience with Agile Project Management

Experience with Software Product Management

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Develop and enhance custom Salesforce components and integrations.

Analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

Collaborate with developers, product teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Support and guide team members by sharing Salesforce technical expertise.

Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Contribute to development best practices and continuous process improvements.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and support project delivery.

Work with multiple teams to resolve technical issues and deliver key initiatives.
