What We’re Looking For
We’re growing and seeking a Project Manager to join our Oakville team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys leading projects from concept to completion.

What will you do
Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Review drawings, specs, and scope to plan and execute work effectively
Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and high-quality execution
Forecast project needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide regular updates
Lead and support site teams with explicit communication and direction
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
Build and maintain strong client relationships

What you need to succeed
5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial is preferred
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required




Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and industry standards
Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jonas, Bluebeam)
Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make informed decisions quickly
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Commitment to safety, quality control, and delivering excellent client service
Ability to work in office in Oakville and travel to project sites as needed
