5+ years of progressively responsible Project Management leading complex, cross-functional projects

Experience delivering Organizational Change Management initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders

Experience managing vendors and contracted services including deliverables, dependencies, and performance

Experience applying predictive , agile, and hybrid delivery approaches across varied project types

Experience working within public-sector , nonprofit, justice, legal-services, or social-services environments

Nice to Have

Experience related to quality assurance and service delivery initiatives

Experience leading multiple concurrent projects

Experience supporting technology-enabled initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, implementation, transition, and closure

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables,



milestones, governance, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and status reporting

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and changes

Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, change management, testing, training, and readiness activitiesManage vendor-delivered work including onboarding, deliverables, invoices, dependencies, and contractual alignment

Conduct project close activities including acceptance, transition, financial closure, lessons learned, and benefits handoff
