Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete investigation process, from intake to closure
• Evaluate evidence and assess credibility effectively
• Document and report findings clearly and impartially




• Engage with partners and provide accurate communication
• Facilitate training on best practices in workplace investigations

Requirements:
• 5 years of progressive investigative experience
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields required
• Strong grasp of human rights and equity principles
• Exceptional analytical and communication proficiency
• Maintain confidentiality and neutrality throughout
