Shape quality initiatives as Excelpro's Quality Control Supervisor! You will lead quality assurance efforts to meet compliance and optimize processes across production sites.

In this role, your primary focus will be on establishing and overseeing the Quality Control Department. You will clarify quality processes across various teams and ensure proper execution of inspection protocols. Your leadership will support continuous improvement while aligning with the company's Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define department routines and performance indicators
• Ensure effective documentation of inspection activities
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams
• Supervise and train quality inspection personnel
• Support the management of non-conformances and corrective actions

Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in quality control
• Relevant degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with NCRs and inspection plans
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
