Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and inspect plumbing and heating systems
• Conduct routine water tests for boiler efficiency
• Order supplies for projects and maintenance
• Assist with plumbing estimates and installations
• Correct issues in subcontractor work where applicable

Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification or Ontario 306A
• 3+ years of plumbing experience required
• Strong technical knowledge and organization skills
• Valid G driver’s license required
• Level II security clearance capability
