THE POSITION We are searching for a high-energy, passionate Print Project Manager with the drive to assist clients by managing their printing orders.

Acting as a liaison between customers and our production team to help ensure all projects are completed smoothly from quote to delivery

Replying to incoming leads and inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner

Helping to grow accounts by promoting various product categories and solving customer problems

Working closely with assigned reps to manage communication with larger accounts

Managing client approval for quotes and proofs before proceeding to production

Communicating openly with our production team to ensure delivery times are adhered to

REQUIRED SKILLS

2+ years of experience in a commercial printing workplace serving business clients

OR

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably inside sales/customer management

High-energy self-starter with a positive attitude

Excellent oral and written communication skills





Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer-service oriented and takes pride in making customers happy

Calm under pressure and able to adjust priorities in a dynamic environment

Preference given to applicants with experience in printing or a complementary industry
