Qualifications

J.D./LL.B. and in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

4+ years of corporate/commercial legal experience.

Robust drafting, negotiation, research, and file management skills.

Experience with corporate structures, M&A;, governance, and commercial contracts.

Some technology law exposure is preferred.

Solid client communication and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
