Perform summer and winter highway maintenance tasks
Handle snow plowing and sanding operations
Conduct right-of-way and drainage maintenance
Assist with minor upkeep of vehicles and equipment
Complete other duties as assigned Requirements:
Must hold a valid DZ license; AZ is a plus
Highway maintenance experience is essential
Reliability and punctuality for shift work
Ability to manage physical demands of the role
