Simaril is seeking Outreach Support Mentors for part time roles in South-Eastern Manitoba. Help individuals thrive by providing them with the support needed for independence and connection to the community. As a Mentor, you will deliver one-on-one assistance to clients in our various support programs. Your focus will be on enhancing life skills, managing household routines, and linking clients with community resources. Through teamwork and compassion, you’ll contribute positively to the lives of individuals seeking fulfillment and belonging. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized support in home and community settings
Assist with daily living and skills development
Facilitate access to community resources
Help with emotional support and companionship
Monitor and document progress effectively Requirements:
Completion of High School
Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Effective advocacy and problem-solving abilities
