The Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring all merchandise is ordered, delivered and received in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Receiving Associate, but are not limited to, the following:
Ensuring orders of inventory are processed and delivered in a timely manner;
Overseeing inventory stocking and merchandising;
Seeking to learn and grow through personal learning and development prospects;




Building effective relationships with peer and upper management partners;
Participating in productive management and team meetings;
Partnering in store's execution of all merchandise processing and flow to the floor in
Other duties as assigned.

Strong interpersonal skills: pleasant, friendly style;
Robust verbal and written communication skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Ability to educate self on products and services;
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs;
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum high school education or equivalent;
Knowledge and/or experience with pets is considered an asset
RP1

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
