We seek a passionate professional with a bachelor's degree in psychology or education for this full time role. As an Infant Development Consultant, you'll assess and support families with children at risk for developmental delays. Your work will include home visits and community engagement, fostering a nurturing workplace for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct services to designated caseload families
Identify and support needs of children and their families
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of client files




Engage in ongoing learning about best practices and community
Create a secure and inclusive environment for all clients

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related discipline
Class 5 Driver's License and access to a vehicle
Ability to provide family-centered, community-based services
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to trauma-informed care
