This position reports directly to the Dietary Manager. You'll be responsible for preparing and delivering meals that meet specific dietary requirements, emphasizing the importance of seasonal ingredients and individualized nutritional care. Your contribution will play a key role in promoting health and satisfaction among residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver meals according to dietary needs
Review production documents for therapeutic diets
Maintain food safety throughout handling and cooking processes




Facilitate holiday menu planning and event themes
Uphold health and safety practices consistently

Requirements:
Red Seal Chef Certification considered an asset
Experience with large-scale food preparation
Familiarity with healthy eating guidelines
Knowledgeable in therapeutic diets and modified food textures
Capable of working in a busy production kitchen
