Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting, this position focuses on delivering timely financial insights and facilitating budget development. You will analyze spending, monitor trends, and contribute to cost-effective initiatives that align with our mission to enhance health services across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze expenses and prepare insightful variance reports
Develop accurate financial models for budgeting and forecasting
Support monthly and quarterly financial processes




Review contracts and manage accrual processes
Identify and implement process improvements in reporting

Requirements:
Robust financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Post-secondary education in a related field
CPA is preferred but not mandatory
