The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of experience in open-pit mining and a strong resolve to advocate for safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example to promote company safety values
• Capture and monitor key production metrics




• Execute continuous operation management of the haul fleet
• Schedule equipment repairs in coordination with maintenance
• Generate and maintain operational reports for management

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience in open-pit mining
• Advanced proficiency in CAT MineStar operations
• Proven leadership and communication skills
