Based at the W.A.C. Bennett Library, the incumbent will work closely with researchers and academic staff to develop and deliver knowledge synthesis resources. Responsibilities include providing expert consultations on various synthesis methodologies and creating educational programs that build research skills across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative knowledge synthesis services
• Consult on the design of systematic and rapid reviews
• Create resources to support self-directed learning




• Lead workshops and training sessions for research staff
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate synthesis in curricula

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science
• Extensive experience in knowledge synthesis practices
• Knowledge of tools like NVivo and Citavi
• Strong commitment to equity and inclusion in academic settings
• Demonstrated cooperative and communication skills
