Key Responsibilities:
• Develop thorough and timely construction estimates
• Assess project documents and identify potential risks
• Generate construction methodologies and vendor scope preparations




• Collaborate closely with estimating and project management teams
• Maintain organized documentation of bidding activities

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in civil estimating
• Degree in civil engineering or related discipline
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s license
• Experience with local construction conditions preferred
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
