This full time and on-site role involves overseeing geotechnical stability across various active mining pits. As you work closely with Design Engineers and external consultants, your leadership will advance Teck's commitment to safety. You will play an integral role in driving project execution and ensuring compliance with geotechnical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sponsor safety and conduct visible leadership activities
• Manage and coordinate geotechnical projects
• Assess risk and implement mitigation strategies




• Review and oversee external geotechnical work
• Analyze and compile geotechnical data effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant engineering fields
• At least five years of geotechnical experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in team-based technical environments
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD and GeoExplorer
