As part of the Cedar Strong team, the Cook will be responsible for planning meals in alignment with dietary requirements while maintaining food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement seven-day meal plans
• Prepare and serve meals adhering to nutritional guidelines
• Purchase and track food supplies within budget limits




• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and equipment
• Collaborate with Shelter staff for optimal guest service

Requirements:
• Current FOODSAFE certification required
• At least one year of experience in a food service environment
• Familiarity with safe food handling procedures
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations sensitively
