In this role, you’ll enhance the lives of our patients every single day, delivering exceptional vision and eyewear experiences in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment. This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. The role requires travel within a 20 km radius of the designated location.
What You’ll Do Educate patients on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring optimal value and quality
Guide patients in selecting eyewear that combines style with optimal vision
Perform eyewear repairs and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort
Coach and train team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge to ensure consistent execution of optical standards and processes
Support retail operations and contribute to overall clinic success
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience
Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
What You Bring Minimum one year of experience in an optical setting
Registered Optician in Nova Scotia
Proficient with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences
