Summary The Counter Manager represents the brand in-store and delivers a personalized client experience. This permanent, full-time role is based at Shoppers Drug Mart in Kanata Signature Centre and focuses on sales growth, client service, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities Generate sales while providing superior client service and responding to customer needs.
Offer consultations and exceptional care to customers.
Achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance and Beauty account.
Grow the customer base and build lasting client relationships.
