Housecleaning Team – Trout Creek, Summerland

We are in need of a housecleaning team to do a rental property in Trout Creek, Summerland. This house is a fully furnished long term rental. It has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.

BEDROOMS

- Vacuum and wash floors.
- Dust/wipe all tables, lamps and window sills.
- Wash and replace all bedding.
- Wash and replace towels.

BATHROOMS

- Vacuum and wash floors.
- Clean sinks and mirrors.
- Wipe counters and cupboards.
- Clean shower and bathtub.
- Vacuum floor mats.
- Check to see if more toilet paper is required.
- Clean windows if required.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM

- Vacuum floors and wash thoroughly.
- Wipe all cupboard and counter surfaces.
- Clean sinks.
- Clean fridge.
- Clean microwave.
- Clean out coffee machine and wipe toaster.
- Clean top of oven.
- Wipe kitchen table and placemats thoroughly.
- Clean window above kitchen table.
- Clean light above kitchen table.
- Check oven for excessive grime,



and clean if required.
- Clean light above kitchen and dining table.

LIVING ROOM

- Vacuum and wash floors.
- Dust/wipe all tables.
- Vacuum couch, remove cushions and vacuum between them.
- Check windows for fingerprints and clean if required.

PATIO

- Sweep all area around tables and lounge chairs.
- Wash patio floor.
- Wipe table.
- Check small fridge and clean if needed.
- Clean tray beneath the BBQ.

OTHER DUTIES

- Clean windows and window sills.
- Wipe marks on walls and baseboards.
- Clean windows if required.

The position offers $35 per hour per cleaner.

We can provide cleaning supplies and equipment, or cleaners may bring their own. If you take pride in keeping a home clean and organized, we would like to hear from you.
