Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise efficiently
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications





- Multilingual skills or bilingual ability are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing POS operations
- Excellent organizational skills to keep displays tidy and stock levels updated
- Customer service experience with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
