Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize satisfaction and sales
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy




- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards

Skills

- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or merchandising is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Technical sales experience, including conducting product demos and explaining complex features
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products through persuasive communication and understanding customer needs
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
