As we are working to expand our boutique presence into Toronto’s Yorkville district, we’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our team. Our brand is renowned for its high-end fashion rooted in “Made in Italy” elegance, blending artisanal quality with visionary style.

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and flexible Retail & Operations Associate based in Toronto. This individual will play a key role in setting up and running our current Yorkville boutique and must be ready to assist with both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Additionally, occasional travel to our locations in New York and Florida may be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Retail Floor Operations: Provide exceptional customer service, assist with in-store sales, and maintain the boutique’s luxury aesthetic.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, restock merchandise,



and handle shipments and deliveries.
- Operational Support: Assist with setting up the new boutique, coordinating store layout, and ensuring all back-end operations run smoothly.
- Travel Flexibility: Be willing to travel occasionally to our New York or Florida locations to support company needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Background in retail or the apparel industry is essential. Experience with luxury or high-end fashion is a plus.
- Versatility & Flexibility: A self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, from customer-facing duties to operational tasks.
- Location: Must be based in Toronto and legally able to work in Canada.
- Travel Readiness: Ability to travel to the U.S. as needed, with a valid passport.

Experience:
- High-end sales: 6 years (Required)
- Fashion styling: 4 years (Required)
