Sawatzky’s is looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys working with people, learning product details, and helping customers make confident decisions for their homes. This role is a solid fit for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a busy retail environment.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and answer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.

Communicate the features and benefits of furniture, mattresses, appliances, and home accessories.

Help customers coordinate sizes, colours, styles, and design-related details.

Cross-sell products and introduce customers to options that fit their needs.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Resolve customer concerns with care and provide relevant information.

Maintain clean, tidy, and professional checkout and showroom areas.

Keep reports and transaction records organized.

Sales experience is an asset.
