Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure product placement aligns with brand standards and promotional strategies
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory updates
- Upsell additional products or services by highlighting advantages that meet customer preferences, boosting overall sales performance
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring positive interactions




- Organize and manage time effectively to balance customer service duties with administrative tasks such as inventory checks and record keeping

Qualifications

- Bilingual skills or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits
- Demonstrated proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, and retail operations enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Customer service experience that showcases patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
