Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer / Integration Lead with robust hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integration, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, APIs, integrations, data architecture, and Salesforce Service Cloud/FSC . The role will focus on developing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud applications.
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, SOQL, and SOSL .
- Develop modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Experience.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex-based automation, and custom business logic .
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Webhooks, and other integration patterns .
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, databases, middleware, and third-party platforms.
- Work with integration/middleware technologies such as MuleSoft or similar enterprise integration platforms .
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues involving API failures, authentication, data synchronization, integration queues, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing .
- Analyze integration logs, Salesforce debug logs, API responses, and system monitoring information to identify and resolve production issues.
- Perform L2/L3 production support for Salesforce FSC and Service Cloud applications.




- Investigate production incidents and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring application and integration issues.
- Optimize Salesforce code and integrations for performance, scalability, governor limits, and platform best practices .
- Design and implement efficient data models and data integration solutions within Salesforce.
- Perform data migration, data loading, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities using appropriate Salesforce tools.
- Develop and maintain integration mappings, technical specifications, interface documentation, and data flow documentation .
- Support Salesforce deployments using Salesforce DevOps, Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines .
- Participate in release planning, deployment, testing, defect resolution, and production implementation activities.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, integration teams, developers, and support teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Review existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements to application architecture, integrations, and code quality.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud .

- Troubleshoot Apex, LWC, Flow, API, integration, data, and performance-related issues .
- Analyze Salesforce debug logs and integration logs.
- Monitor integration jobs, queues, scheduled processes, and batch executions.
- Identify and resolve governor-limit and performance issues.
- Perform RCA and implement permanent technical fixes.
- Support production releases and emergency fixes when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience/certification.
- Experience with MuleSoft or another enterprise integration platform.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI and CI/CD .
- Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and integration security.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
