Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote (US/Canada)

Description

- 12+ Years of IT Experience with 7+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience and significant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Devices domain.

- Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Conduct requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.

- Translate business requirements into User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, and Functional Specifications.

- Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners.

- Define business processes, workflows, and Salesforce solution requirements.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend optimized Salesforce solutions.

- Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and Release activities.

- Create process flows,



wireframes, and business scenarios.

- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and requirement signoffs.

- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.

- Ensure alignment with Pharma compliance and regulatory requirements.

Salesforce Expertise Solid functional knowledge of:

- Salesforce Health Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

- Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud (Preferred)

- Data Cloud (Preferred) Salesforce CPQ (Preferred)

- Case Management Workflow & Approval Processes Reports & Dashboards Salesforce Security Model Customer/Partner Communities
- The candidate should be capable of identifying declarative Salesforce solutions and collaborating effectively with technical teams for implementation.
