- Track customer due dates and support the team in meeting on-time delivery targets.
- Assist with production planning and capacity coordination.
- Review ERP/MRP system information to ensure scheduling and production data are accurate and current.

- Escalate potential delivery issues or significant production delays to management in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, workflow, and production efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, coordination, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and respond effectively to changing production requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify scheduling risks before they affect delivery.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is proactive and comfortable following up with different departments to keep production moving.
