This role leads complex cross-functional projects spanning business process, service delivery, operational improvement, organizational change, and technology-enabled initiatives. The Project Manager will manage concurrent priorities while supporting project governance, delivery coordination, vendor management, and implementation activities across the organization.

Must Haves

5+ years of progressively responsible Project Management leading complex, cross-functional projects

Predictive , Agile , and hybrid delivery methods across varied project types

Project governance , financial management, risk and issue management, change control, and reporting

Vendor management including deliverables, performance, dependencies, and commercial considerations

Nice to Have

Experience with organizational change management

Public-sector, justice, legal-services, or social-services experience

Experience supporting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Truth and Reconciliation initiatives

Experience leading multiple concurrent projects

Responsibilities

Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, implementation, transition, and closure

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, governance,



and acceptance criteria with stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and status reporting

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and changes

Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, and delivery activities across concurrent workstreams

Manage vendor-delivered work including procurement support, onboarding, deliverables, invoices, and contractual alignment

Plan stakeholder engagement, communications, testing, implementation, readiness, and transition activities
