Key Responsibilities:
• Lead construction projects as per design specifications
• Oversee project performance, timelines, and budget management
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors




• Review and advise on all project documentation
• Manage billing processes and contract amendments

Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant experience
• At least six years in senior project management roles
• Proven experience with large, complex construction projects
• Solid project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management software
