As part of Formlabs, your role will focus on delivering exceptional technical support and service at customer sites. You will engage with clients, guiding them through installations and providing comprehensive training on our advanced 3D printing technologies. Your proactive maintenance efforts will ensure customer satisfaction and equipment utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and commission new 3D printing equipment
• Facilitate comprehensive user training sessions
• Perform live product demonstrations for customer teams




• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests
• Document all service-related activities accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or relevant experience
• Strong hands-on repair skills
• Must possess a valid passport for travel
• Capacity to work independently while traveling
• Ideally located near Newark Airport
