Effective facility management of the office facilities occupied by the integrated project team, made up of the client, delivery partners and contractors.

Develop, implement and maintain office policies.

Maintain and communicate health, safety and wellbeing protocols pertinent to the office environment, in accordance with applicable regulations and in partnership with the Health & Safety team.

Coordinate business continuity requirements for the project.

Allocate and manage office spaces, equipment, functional teams and assets.

Coordinate with IT department on all IT infrastructure requirements.

Oversee the preparation of relevant documents and meeting minutes, actions and decision, ensuring accurate records are maintained and distributed in a timely manner.

Coordinate client operational policies and agreements, ensuring compliance across all project office functions.

Manage the office floor plan, workspace requirements and desk/meeting room allocation to optimize capacity and support effective working arrangements in compliance with applicable building and workplace regulations.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including cleaning contractors, catering, courier services, and office supplies,



ensuring service levels and value for money are maintained.

Where relevant, develop and manage the office operating budget, tracking expenditures, processing invoices and purchase orders, and reporting on cost variances to enable informed financial decision‑making.

Lead and support the onboarding experience for all recent project staff, including workspace setup, access provisioning, induction scheduling, and coordination of building pass and security requirements with client facilities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal facilities queries, acting as liaison between project staff and building management to resolve issues promptly and expedite where necessary.

Maintain office emergency procedures, including fire warden coordination, first aid provision, and evacuation planning, in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation (OHSA) and building management requirements.

Complete special projects, as assigned, to directly support the project team.

Maintain security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

Co-manage and facilitate access to the SharePoint environment.

Manage the procurement and performance of office‑related service contracts, including cleaning, maintenance, catering, and supplies, ensuring value for money and service continuity.

Oversee equipment or systems such as air conditioning, generators, lifts etc. to ensure they are effectively operating and raise any issues with those responsible for facilities maintenance.

Maintain precise records of the working condition of the facility’s equipment.

Oversee recycling operations, as per local standards, to maintain a sustainable environment.

Organize and manage office relocations as required.

Recommend enhancements for ongoing office operational efficiencies, as required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Minimum of8years of progressive experience in office management, facilities management, or a closely related operational role, preferably in a large‑scale infrastructure, construction, or professional services environment.

Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field; a certificate in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM, IFMA) is an asset.

Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts, including procurement, performance monitoring, and invoice management.

Proven track record of planning and executing office improvement initiatives, relocations,



or operational projects on time and within budget.

Familiarity with occupational health and safety legislation, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) as it applies to office and facilities environments.

Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across a multi‑party programme environment, including client personnel (client), service companies, and contractors.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Knowledge of facilities, systems, people coordination, and operational procedures

Excellent time management and planning skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work

Attention to detail and accuracy skills, editing and proofreading capabilities a bonus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with project coordination tools such as MS Planner or equivalent

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
