Key Responsibilities:

Provide Companionship: Engage with clients through meaningful conversation, hobbies, meal preparation, and social interaction -level 1

Assist with Daily Living (ADLs): Help with diet monitoring, walking, personal hygiene care, and other essential daily activities -level 2

Deliver Non-Medical Care: Support clients with normal aging challenges and hospital recovery needs -levels as assessed LPN, RN as required

Follow & Advise on Care Plans: Adhere to our client's designated care plans and provide accurate updates as changes are observed

Meal & Home Support: Assist with basic meal preparation and light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment

Position Qualification Enhancements:

Client-Focused Care: A strong willingness to learn new skills to measurably better the lives of our clients

Strong Communication: Verbal and written skills an asset to interact effectively with families and teammates

Task Management: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage daily tasks efficiently

Credentials: level 2 or aboveValid CCA or LPN, RN license (as applicable to role)
