Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nutrition risk screenings for patients
• Document BMI and unintentional weight loss data
• Carry out menu management tasks and input data




• Conduct patient meal rounds to assess dietary needs
• Provide basic nutrition education to enhance dietary intake

Requirements:
• Food Service Supervisor certification or equivalent training
• General knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition
• Proficiency with relevant menu management software
• Robust communication and organizational abilities
• Language skills, especially in French, are a plus
