About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include: Plan, organize, and oversee daily shipping schedules and dispatch procedures;
Coordinate with other departments and supply chain units for seamless operations;
Communicate with third-party haulage companies and customers;
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate dispatch records;
Prepare reports (progress, fuel, etc.) and shipping documents for next-day deliveries;
Quickly resolve shipping-related issues to maintain service quality;
Perform other duties as required to support the shipping department.
About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 1-2 years of skilled experience in a similar role;
Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace is an asset;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Team player with initiative and autonomy.
