This role emphasizes collaboration with Project Managers, focusing on staffing effectiveness and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Project Managers for field reports and staffing updates
• Oversee safety and quality compliance with subcontractors
• Ensure projects are adequately staffed for success
• Identify issues in design and scheduling early
• Administer contracts,



orders and instructions effectively
• Lead and instruct tradespeople on-site
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols by all personnel

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years as a Superintendent for a general contractor
• Red Seal in Carpentry preferred
• Proven ability to deliver projects from conception to completion
• Solid relationship management skills with stakeholders
• Experience motivating and leading diverse site crews
