You will lead teams delivering mission-critical platforms that power loan origination, servicing, syndication, collateral management, and workflow automation for the world’s largest corporate, institutional, and commercial clients.**Responsibilities:** * **Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Excellence:** Ensure platforms adhere to rigorous regulatory commitments, audit readiness, information security mandates, and architectural governance standards.* **Cross-Functional Partnership:** Collaborate closely with Operations Leaders, Product Managers, Quantitative Analysts, Credit Risk Officers, and Global Architecture teams to align technology roadmaps with core business priorities.* **Champion AI-Driven Engineering:** Pioneer and institutionalize the adoption of GenAI developer tools, coding copilots, and automated CI/CD gating to accelerate development throughput and code quality.* **Modern Architecture & Engineering Standards:** Enforce best-in-class distributed systems engineering, API-first integrations, resilient event-driven pipelines (e.g., Kafka), and modern UI/micro-frontend architectures.* **Quality & Continuous Delivery:** Cultivate a culture of test automation, shift-left security,
