Together,wearedeliveringAccelerator,amajorprogramofPearsonLIFT(Long-termInvestmentinFacilitiesandTerminals),TorontoPearson'sinfrastructuredevelopmentplan.Thismulti-yearprogramisdesignedtoaddressimmediatepassengergrowthdemandswhilepreparingCanada'slargestairportforthefutureofairtravel-includingcriticalupgradestoairfieldandinfrastructure,greenhousegasreductioninitiatives,modernizationofTerminals1and3,andthecreationofaworld-classpassengerexperience.
JOBSUMMARY TheDigitalDelivery/CAD/Civil3DManagerwillleadthedevelopment,implementation,andoversightofBIM/CADandCivil3Dstandards,workflows,anddigitalcoordinationprocessesacrossassignedprojectscopeswithinthePACTprogram.ThisrolewillactasakeypointofcontactforBIM/CADandCivil3Drelatedactivities,supportingmultidisciplinarycollaboration,modelgovernance,dataenvironmentmanagement,andtheeffectiveuseofdigitaltoolstoimproveprojectdelivery,coordination,andreportingforconstruction.
RESPONSIBILITIES Develop,implement,andmaintainBIM/CADandCivil3Dstandards,workflows,andprotocolsacrossassignedprojectscopes.
ActasakeypointofcontactforBIM/CADandCivil3Dcoordination,inquiries,andissueresolution.
Facilitatecollaborationbetweendesignconsultants,contractors,projectteams,andotherstakeholders.
SupporttheintegrationofBIM/CADandCivil3Dwithprojectdelivery,designcoordination,anddigitaldeliverytools.
Establishandmaintainprojectdataenvironments,includingCommonDataEnvironments(CDEs).
Leadinformationauditsandreviewstoensurecompliancewithprojectstandardsanddigitaldeliveryrequirements.
Supporttheextractionandreportingofdataforprojectplanning,coordination,andreporting.
PromotetheadoptionofBIM/CADandCivil3Dbestpracticesandcontinuousimprovementacrosstheteam.
Haveaninclinationtoshareknowledgewiththeteaminternallyandexternallytodevelopbest-for-projectsolutions.




ThepositionwillbebasedatourofficeinMississauga,Ontario,withvisitstotheAirportsiteasrequired.YourworkschedulewillbeMondaytoFridayduringregularofficeorsitehours.Attimes,operationalneedsmayrequireworkoutsidethesehours,withreasonablenoticeprovided.Allscheduleoron-calladjustmentswillcomplywithapplicableemploymentstandardslegislation.ItismandatoryforallemployeestocompleteaCriminalBackgroundcheckandsuccessfullyattainaRestrictedAccessIdentityCard(RAIC)uponjoiningthecompany.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor'sdegreeinArchitecture,Engineering,ConstructionandOperations(AECO),ConstructionManagement,Architecture,orarelateddiscipline,oranequivalentcombinationofeducationandrelevantworkexperience.
Minimumof12+yearsofexperienceinBIM/CADmanagementorrelateddigitaldeliveryroles,withconstructionexperienceconsideredanasset.
StrongexperiencedevelopingandimplementingBIM/CADstandards,workflows,andcoordinationprotocols.
ProficiencywithBIM/CADandCivil3Dproductionsoftware,includingAutodeskCivil3D,Revit,Navisworks,andsimilarplatforms.
ExperiencemanagingCommonDataEnvironments(CDEs),suchasAutodeskForma(formerlyACC).
Strongunderstandingofmodelaudits,clashdetection,coordinationworkflowsandprocedures,andmodelqualityassurance.
Abilitytosupportdataextractionandreportingforprojectcoordination,planning,anddigitaldeliveryobjectives.
Strongcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andleadershipskills.
Strongorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinacomplexprojectenvironment.
Experienceinlarge-scaleinfrastructure,aviation,transit,ormajorcapitalprojectenvironmentsisconsideredanasset.
MustbeeligibletoobtainandmaintainRestrictedAccessIdentityCard(RAIC)clearance.
